• All orders are prepared within 24 hours starting from the order confirmation date. This may vary during sales seasons. If for any reason this was not possible, you will be notified by our Customer Service team and you will be given an estimated shipping date.
  • BRIGHT WISHES ACCEPTS all the standard electronic card payments and Paypal. We do not accept cheques.
  • Payment can be made using electronic banking services of Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas. Settlements are possible in euro currency. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
  • If you want to change the delivery address once your order has been placed, it is very important that you contact us immediately. Changing the address will suppose a cost depending on the country of destination.
  • For all orders shipped to Lithuania, the selected courier in charge of the transportation and delivery of your order is Lietuvos pastas, LP EXPRESS or DPD. Should you have any comments, questions or suggestions, please contact us.
  • For international orders, orders are passed through to international courier companies who take care of air transportation. We work with LP EXPRESS for the shipping World Wide and DPD for the shippings in EU countries.
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
  • As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order.
  • All orders sent via registered post benefit from the free shipping fees.
  • All the return fees are to be covered by the customer.
