Except where indicated, merchandise purchased from brightwishes.co.uk may be exchanged for another jewellery piece only within 7 days of purchase and only if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging. Exchanges are free of shipping charges. All custom and one of a kind orders placed through brightwishes.co.uk or directly through brightwishes.co.uk are final sale.
Conditions for exchange:
- I've received a tarnished product
- I picked the wrong the size and would like to change it
- The product is not what I expected and I would like it to be replaced
Conditions for return:
- must be returned with original receipt,
- in original condition,
- in the original packaging
To make an exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please email us at email@example.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are exchanging in the body of the message. We'll then reply back with your RMA # (a return merchandise authorization), which you'll need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not ship any product(s) until you have received an RMA #.
An email will be sent with the return- exchange form to you upon the purchase. Please print this document and make sure that you include your RMA, name, address, telephone number, order number, and e-mail address. Upon receipt of the shipment, brightwishes.co.uk will contact you by email to confirm your exchange. Please reference your RMA number when calling or emailing to check on the status of your return. Internet exchanges may also be made in person to Ruta Domar, by contacting us and setting up an appointment through brightwishes.co.uk.
