SHIPPING and DElIVERY: 

  •  All orders* are prepared within 24 hours starting from the order confirmation date. This may vary during sales seasons. If for any reason this was not possible, you will be notified by our team and you will be given an estimated shipping date.
  •  Important note* : Remember that delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (such as Black friday, Christmas, Valentines day ...) BRIGHT WISHES ships worldwide. All shipping costs are free of charge. 
  •  If you want to change the delivery address once your order has been placed, it is very important that you contact us immediately. Changing the address will suppose the delivery date.
  •  For all orders shipped to Lithuania, the selected courier in charge of the transportation and delivery of your order is Lietuvos paštas (Lithuanian national post).
  •  For international orders, orders are passed through to international courier companies who take care of air transportation. We work with LP EXPRESS World Wide and DPD in Europe.
  •  Unfortunately we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
  •  As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order via your local national post service provider. In the event that you are not at the shipping address upon delivery, the courier company will contact you in order to reschedule a second delivery attempt at your convenience.
  •  All orders benefit from the free shipping fees. 
  •  All delivery fees are covered by the customer.
